“Force Majeure” means, in relation to Pangolin International Limited and it’s suppliers, any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, explosions, floods, storms, fires, accidents, war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil unrest, requisition, illness, quarantine, government intervention, adverse weather conditions, or any other unforeseen events.

If Pangolin International Limited and it’s suppliers are affected by a Force Majeure event, it will promptly notify you of the nature and extent of such circumstances.

Pangolin International Limited and it’s suppliers shall not be considered in breach of these terms and conditions, nor held liable, for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or non-performance is caused by a Force Majeure event.

In the event that Pangolin International Limited and it’s suppliers are affected by Force Majeure, it reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or cancel any itinerary or travel arrangements. Any refund in such circumstances shall be entirely at the discretion of Pangolin International Limited and applies both prior to departure and during the safari.

If the scheduled photographic or host guide is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Pangolin International Limited reserves the right to replace them with another guide. This replacement does not constitute a material change in the safari offering and will not entitle you to compensation or a refund. If you choose not to travel or continue the safari, standard cancellation terms will apply.
