Booking Terms and Conditions
At Pangolin Photo Safaris, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure transparency and clarity, our Booking Terms and Conditions outline important details regarding reservations, payments, cancellations, and other essential policies. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below, which are designed to protect both your interests and ours, ensuring a smooth journey from the moment you book until the completion of your safari adventure.
Please review the following information carefully to familiarise yourself with our procedures.

Pangolin International cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to factors beyond our control. These include (but are not limited to): force majeure, war, the threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, pandemics, health risks, and changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type; closed or congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, acts of God and any other similar event.
In these instances, deferment of travel to a later date can be arranged or a credit note that can be put towards future travel with Pangolin International will be issued. The standard cancellation policy will cease to be applicable to existing bookings. This is at the discretion of Pangolin International on advisement by the appropriate international travel and medical advisories.
Before a deferment can be confirmed full and final payment of the original invoice must be made before the original final payment due date. Pangolin International reserves the right to amend their standard terms and conditions without written notice.
If your physical or mental condition requires removal from the safari for your safety or the safety of others, Pangolin International reserves the right to do so without any cancellation fees or refunds.
If the scheduled photographic or host guide is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Pangolin International reserves the right to replace them with another guide. This replacement does not constitute a material change in the safari offering and will not entitle you to compensation or a refund. If you choose not to travel or continue the safari, standard cancellation terms will apply.
